These Terms govern your use of Boardwalk Stakes, provided by Ember Lynx Games (“Ember Lynx,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
Adults 18 and older
Boardwalk Stakes contains frequent simulated casino gambling and social multiplayer features and is intended only for users age 18 or older.
Entertainment only — no real-money gambling
Boardwalk Stakes is an entertainment game. Casino Chips, Online Chips, Boardwalk Cash, Boardwalk Gold, rewards, points, property values, and other virtual items are fictional game assets. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, cannot be transferred for real-world value through the service, and cannot be cashed out. Winning a simulated wager does not create a right to real money or property.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity conducted through it. You must provide accurate information, comply with applicable law, and not impersonate another person or attempt to obtain unauthorized access to another account.
In-app purchases
Optional purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s purchase and refund rules. Consumable virtual currency may be delivered only after a valid StoreKit transaction is verified. Duplicate, revoked, mismatched, fraudulent, or unverifiable transactions may be rejected or reversed where technically and legally appropriate.
Online conduct
You may not harass, threaten, exploit, defraud, impersonate, spam, distribute unlawful content, evade moderation, manipulate gameplay or leaderboards, abuse reporting systems, interfere with service operation, use unauthorized automation or cheats, or attempt to access data or systems you are not authorized to access.
User content and moderation
You remain responsible for content you submit. You grant Ember Lynx the permissions reasonably necessary to host, transmit, display, moderate, and operate supported social features. We may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, or take other reasonable action to protect users and the service or respond to violations.
Availability and changes
Features, events, content, prices, virtual items, service availability, and supported platforms may change over time. Online features may require network access and third-party platform services.
Intellectual property
Boardwalk Stakes, its software, artwork, branding, characters, audio, interfaces, and other Ember Lynx-created materials are owned by or licensed to Ember Lynx Games and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
Termination and account deletion
You may stop using the app and may use supported account-deletion controls. We may restrict or terminate access for material violations, security risks, fraud, abuse, legal requirements, or service discontinuation, subject to applicable law.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an effective update may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
