Boardwalk Stakes Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 years old to use Boardwalk Stakes. The app may require age confirmation before gameplay or connected features are available.

Simulated gambling only

Boardwalk Stakes depicts casino-style games for entertainment. It does not offer real-money gambling, wagering for cash, cash prizes, or cash-out. Virtual Dollars, Chips/Coins, Boardwalk Gold, temporary multiplayer Table Credits, comps, rewards and points are fictional game items with no cash value.

No Boardwalk account required

Build 75 does not create or require a separate Boardwalk, KGE, or Ember Lynx Games consumer account. Local play uses local game state. Optional cloud progression uses Apple iCloud/CloudKit. Online multiplayer uses Apple Game Center.

Purchases

Eligible in-app purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s purchase terms. Boardwalk Stakes may offer eligible single-player virtual items and non-consumable entitlements such as ad removal. Multiplayer Table Credits are temporary match-scoped values and cannot be purchased, transferred, redeemed, converted to another currency, or cashed out.

Virtual Dollars, Chips and Coins

Virtual Dollars are a fictional career/lifestyle balance. The Casino Cage can exchange them at an in-game rate for the shared Chips/Coins gaming balance. Table games present that balance as Chips and machine games may present it as Coins. The dollar symbol is presentation for fictional Virtual Dollars and does not mean U.S. currency.

Online multiplayer

Realtime multiplayer uses Apple Game Center for matchmaking, friend invitations and match transport. Eligible matches give players equal temporary Table Credit stacks. If participating clients cannot validate a round consistently, Boardwalk Stakes may void that round without settling Table Credits.

Fair play

You may not exploit bugs, automate play, tamper with the app, manipulate multiplayer results, interfere with services, impersonate others, evade moderation, harass users, distribute malicious content, or use Boardwalk Stakes for unlawful activity.

User content

If you use messaging or community features, you remain responsible for what you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to transmit, display, moderate, and process that content to operate the selected feature. Report and block controls are provided for abusive content.

Game rules and availability

Game rules, virtual payouts, events, schedules and features may change for balancing, bug fixes, legal compliance, platform requirements or service availability. Sports and racing information, where offered, is informational game content and not a real-world wagering service.

Offline mode

Offline Mode is designed for local Story and Quick Play. Connected features such as iCloud, Game Center multiplayer, social services, advertising, remote purchases and notifications require connectivity and may initialize only when deliberately used.

Data removal

Build 75 has no separate first-party Boardwalk account. Local game data can be reset in the app. Apple-controlled data is managed through Apple platform controls. Boardwalk-specific privacy/support requests can be submitted through Support.

Intellectual property

Boardwalk Stakes, its original software, artwork, game presentation, trademarks, characters, interface and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Kurtz Global Entertainment Inc. or Ember Lynx Games. Third-party platform names and services remain the property of their respective owners.
