This Privacy Policy explains how Ember Lynx Games (“Ember Lynx,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with Boardwalk Stakes.
Information we may process
- Account information: display name, username, email address, account identifiers, authentication provider information, and account-security records.
- Game and cloud-save information: progression, save data, settings, achievements, online-wallet state, purchase-entitlement records, and related game activity.
- User content: information you submit through supported social, messaging, profile, reporting, or community features.
- Approximate location: coarse location where used for supported game or regional functionality.
- Device and service information: technical information needed to operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the app and connected services.
How we use information
We use information to provide accounts, authentication, cloud synchronization, online and social features, purchases and entitlements, customer support, safety and moderation, fraud and abuse prevention, service reliability, and other app functionality.
Apple, Google, Firebase, ads, and other service providers
Boardwalk Stakes may use platform and third-party services such as Apple services, Google services, Firebase, Google Mobile Ads, Google User Messaging Platform, hosting providers, email providers, and other infrastructure providers. Those providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies when their services are used.
Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple. We may receive and store transaction identifiers, product identifiers, entitlement information, and account-binding information needed to validate purchases, prevent duplicate delivery, process reversals, and maintain server-authoritative virtual-currency records. We do not receive your full payment-card details from Apple.
Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain account and transaction integrity, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and prevent fraud or abuse. Retention periods may vary by data type.
Account deletion
Boardwalk Stakes provides an in-app account-deletion option. Deletion removes Boardwalk Stakes account data under our control subject to limited retention where required for security, transaction integrity, legal obligations, or legitimate dispute prevention. Apple purchase history is controlled by Apple and is not deleted by deleting a Boardwalk Stakes account.
Children and age limits
Boardwalk Stakes is intended for adults age 18 and older and is not directed to children.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Changes
We may update this policy as Boardwalk Stakes evolves. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version.
