Boardwalk Stakes Privacy Policy

Effective October 9, 2026

Local and offline play

Story and Quick Play can be used locally. Game progress and settings may remain on the device. Strict Offline Mode is designed to defer iCloud, Game Center, social networking, advertising, push registration, and remote StoreKit work until you deliberately use a connected feature.

Apple services

If you choose cloud progress, Boardwalk Stakes may store supported save and progression data through Apple iCloud/CloudKit. Realtime multiplayer uses Apple Game Center for player identity within matches, matchmaking, invitations, and realtime transport. Boardwalk Stakes may process Game Center player identifiers, display names, match identifiers, temporary wagers/choices, deterministic round data, validation hashes, and local performance statistics needed to operate these features.

Gameplay and virtual economy

Boardwalk Stakes processes local gameplay progress, Virtual Dollars, Chips/Coins, Boardwalk Gold, mastery, Passport progress, story state, properties, relationships, settings, and related game statistics. Multiplayer Table Credits are temporary match-scoped values and are not a persistent multiplayer wallet.

Social and user content

If you use social features, Boardwalk Stakes may process Game Center identifiers, display names, messages, community posts, reports, blocks, photos, supported attachments, and moderation information. Reports may include limited evidence needed for moderation. Social features are optional.

Location

Regional Rooms may use approximate/coarse location to place you into broad local rooms such as city, state/region, and country. Boardwalk Stakes is designed not to store or share precise coordinates for this feature.

Purchases

Apple processes payment information. Boardwalk Stakes may process App Store product identifiers, verified transaction identifiers, and purchase history needed to deliver or restore eligible virtual items or entitlements. We do not receive your payment-card number from Apple. Multiplayer Table Credits cannot be purchased.

Advertising and consent

Where ads are enabled, Boardwalk Stakes uses Google Mobile Ads and Google User Messaging Platform. Those SDKs may process information according to their own privacy manifests and consent state. Lifetime Ad-Free disables Boardwalk Stakes ad presentation. Strict Offline Mode does not initialize the ad network.

Notifications

Push registration is requested only after you deliberately enable a connected notification feature. Apple may provide a device push token used to deliver enabled notifications.

Customer support

If you contact support through the Boardwalk Stakes Support Center, we process the email address you provide, support category, message, ticket identifier, and information you voluntarily include so we can respond.

Data removal

Build 75 has no separate Boardwalk account to delete. Local game data can be reset in the app. Apple-controlled Game Center, iCloud, Apple ID and App Store purchase records are controlled through Apple. Boardwalk-specific social/support data removal requests can be submitted through Support. The Data Removal page also preserves status checking for historical deletion requests created by older Boardwalk builds.

Retention

We retain information only as long as needed for the selected feature, security, fraud prevention, support, legal obligations, and moderation. Temporary multiplayer Table Credits end with the match.

Age requirement

Boardwalk Stakes is intended for adults age 18 and older. It is a simulated casino game and does not offer cash-out or real-money gambling.

Sharing

We use service providers necessary to operate selected features, including Apple platform services, cloud hosting for public support/legal services, and advertising/consent providers where ads are enabled. We do not sell user data to advertisers.

Contact
